WHAT'S NEW

2020-2021 Application Window

The application window for the 2020-21 school year will open on Monday, January 13, 2020 and close on Friday, February 21, 2020.  All applications received during the application window will be assigned a number and entered into the admission lottery to be held on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 6:30pm in the LSA Gallery.  See the Admissions page for additional information.

Shadow Days for 8th Grade Students

Current 8th grade students can sign up to "shadow" with an LSA student for an entire school day to experience what it is like to attend LSA.  Spaces fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up early.  See our Admissions page for dates and additional information.

Parent Interest Meetings

Prospective parents - please join us for an information session to learn more about Longleaf School of the Arts.  Meetings are held at 6:30pm in our Gallery.  Dates are listed on our Admissions page.  No sign-up is necessary.

Longleaf School of the Arts is aware of the federal and state regulations regarding asbestos management in schools.  This facility has submitted a management plan to the NC Department of Health and Human Services and is in compliance with the state federal regulations.  The facility has no asbestos containing building materials.  A copy of the management plan is available for review in the administrative office.  For questions, please contact Mr. Jeffrey Jude at jude@longleafschool.org. 01.16.2020
